Time Clock

The Time Clock allows users to clock in and clock out to track their time.  In order to use the time clock, users must be set up in System | Time Clock | Employees.

Upon entering a user ID and password, the user's name and when he or she last clocked in or out are displayed.  The user is able to clock in or out.  Note that a user's time clock login name is separate from the TransActPOS login name used to access the modules.

Click to either clock in or clock out, depending on your current time clock status.

This opens a window that allows you to view all clocked times for the user.
 
If necessary, a user's time may be edited in System | Time Clock | Edit Times.
 
The time clock can be synchronized between workstations by checking Use Time Server in System | Workstation | General.
Time Clock
This prompts you to select a computer to use as the time server.  Click Search to find all computers connected to the network, and select the computer to use as the time server from the dropdown list.  The time server computer must be selected on all workstations.
