Totals

This is the total of all special ordered items.  This are not included in the total as it is paid when the customer picks up the items.

This is the sum of all non-taxed items.  This is not included in the subtotal.

This is the sum of all taxable items.

This is the tax calculated for the subtotal.

This is the total of the non-taxed, subtotal, and tax fields.  This is the final amount to be paid by the customer.
