The Notes tab allows you to record additional notes and comments regarding a customer. If a note is present, the tab name text is red.
You can enter a comment and a note to save in the customer file. Checking Display Comment at End of Sale shows the comment and the note upon entering the customer during the POS End Sale process.
The comment and note are displayed again at the Account Charge screen.
A statement comment is displayed on the account statement.
