Customer List

The Customer List generates a list of customer information for the specified range of customers.

Report Type

Listing lists customer contact and account information.  It allows you to drill down to the customer file.
 
Sales lists current customer sales.
 
Labels formats mailing labels for the specified customers.

You can order report results by customer ID, last name, sales or zip code.

You can enter date ranges for sales data for the current year and prior year.  Click Set Dates to edit date ranges.

Filter Criteria

You can filter report results for customer account type, sales, status, tax type, and charge account terms.   For year-to-date sales, enter the top or bottom percentage to filter for.  You indicate whether to include customer contacts.

You can further filter report results for customer ID or name, pricing scheme, statement type, and print group.  You can indicate to only report No Commission customers or to include customer tax IDs.
