Customer File

The customer file can be accessed through SO | Customer File or through AR | Customer File.

 

The customer file contains a customer's contact information, account information, sales data, and price schemes.

 

You can search for an existing customer by entering a customer ID or portion of a customer ID, or you can create a new customer file.
