Modify SO - Options 1

Options 1 of the Modify Sales Order module allows for the printing of sales order, labels, sold tags, and delivery tickets for the items on the sales order. Past payments on the sale order can be displayed or printed.  The finished sales order can then be e-mailed to the customer.

 

 

Options 1 - Print Options

Print Order

A copy of the sales order will be printed.

Sold Tickets

Select by checking or unchecking the items to print sold tags.

Item Labels

Select the appropriate Label Form ID and click on the Print button to print.

Pick Ticket

Will print a Pick Ticket for the items selected.

Options 1 - Other

Past Pay

Past payment will display the payment history for the sales order.

EMail Form

A copy of the sales order will be e-mailed as an attachment to the customer. You can set the priority of the email (default set to Normal) and you can request a response by checking the box. You may also enter a brief message to the customer.
