Vendor Listing

The Vendor Listing report can present you a list of the vendors within your system. This report can be displayed, printed, or exported to a file.

Type Report

There are two types of Vendor Listing reports that you can print out. Summary will only list the Vendor ID, Company name, Contact for the vendor, and primary phone number. The Detail report will show all the same information, but also show the full address and any additional numbers like fax numbers.

Order by

The report has three different ways to be ordered by. You can order the report by Company name, Vendor ID, or Phone number.

Report Filter (Right Side)

The only filter you can narrow the report down to is entering a Vendor ID or Portion of one. If it is left blank, it will report on all Vendor IDs in your system.
