Track Serial #
The Track Serial # Report provides the mechanism for reporting all activities pertaining to a specific serialized inventory item. This report is meant to track all aspects of a Serialized item, whether it was sold, refunded, or received.
Order by
Just like other reports, the option selected here will be the order in which the report is shown. You can choose to order the report by Serial Number, Item Number, or Description.
Show Price
If this option is checked, the report will display the price of the item.
Show Cost
If this option is checked, the report will display the cost of the item.
Filter Options (Right Side)
The two major filters to set in this report is the Serial Numbers (from/to) and the Item ID. Both of these values can be entered in as a portion as well. Without these filters set (especially the Item ID), the report will show EVERY serialized item in your inventory. The report will display a warning, letting you know that you left these fields blank and the report process could take a long time.
