Serial Number

The Serial Item Listing Report lists all serialized items within the inventory.

Order by

The option selected here will be the order in which the serialized items appear on the report. You can order the report by Item ID, Serial Number, Class, or Location.

Include

The option selected here will be included on the report. You can choose to include on-hand quantities for the serialized items, only sold serial items, issued serial items, or all of the above.

Resellable

By default, this option is selected. It will report on resellable serial items if this box is checked.

Show Cost

By default, this option is selected. It will show the cost on the report if this box is checked.

Report Filters (Right Side)

On the right side of the report is where you enter the majority of the filters for the actual report. Depending on what you want the report to actually show, you can enter as many or as little (or none) information in these filters. Granted, the more filters you have, the more detailed your report will be. If you leave all fields blank, it will report on ALL items that match the parameters set on the left side. The filters on the right are as follows:

-Item ID or Portion (you may enter part of an item ID; if you do, all items that match the portion will be reported)

-Class (if Exact Match is checked, the class entered in this field will be the only class reported)

-Code

-Fine

-Sub-Fine

-Manufacturer (you can click the button to the right to bring up a find window to locate the manufacturer you want)

-Season

-Location (if Exact Match is checked, the location entered in this field will be the only location reported)
