EZ Marketing
EZ Marketing is a program to create and send promotions, sales info, etc. by e-mail or postcards. Promotions can be limited to classes of items that have been purchased by customers.
Plan Maintenance will list the currently defined EZ plans and allow the creation of new plans or deletion of old plans.
Select New to create a new plan or selection one of the listed plans and select the Properties tab to display the plan information. Enter the Plan ID, the Status (Active or Inactive) of the plan, Description and Plan Date.
The Generate button will then create the E-Mail list. Check the Include All Customers if appropriate.
Enter the e-mail information as appropriate. For To:, enter the recipients name if it is not for all customers. Enter the Subject and Message for the e-mail and include any attachments. Click on Send to e-mail the plan information.
Sales by Class
A report of all customers who have purchased an item class or item code for a range of dates can be generated. A postcard for all of these customers can be created and printed ready for mailing.
A report of all customers who purchased something from class E on 8/7/08.
Zipcode Count
The number of customers per zipcode can be determined.
