The Club Plan Maintenance will list the currently defined programs. Select one of the listed programs and click on the Properties tab or click on the New button to add a program.

 

The Rewards Type of Club is for the corporate sponsored points reward programs.  The Frequent Buyer Type of Club is for the in-store sponsored program where the points and coupons are maintained by TransActPOS.  Enter the Club ID and the full Club Name.  Click the Club Active box to activate the program.

 

          

 

For in-store club programs, enter the monetary value of the coupons for each increment of points achieved.

 

Points can be allocated to the customer for coming to the store and displaying the rewards card.  Usage is limited to once a day and for the specified range of dates entered.

 

 

One or more Reward Point Details must be entered.  Leaving blanks for the Item ID and the Class will apply the points to all purchased items.  Points can be limited to specific items or classes of items.  Enter the number of points to be allocated for each increment of value of purchases.
