Rental MessagesSafety messages and warnings can be created and assigned to rental inventory items to be printed on a rental contract.
Click New to create a new message.
Enter a message ID, description, and comment to be displayed. Select Safety or Warning for the message type. Check the Initials box to require the customer to initial the message on the rental contract prior to checking out. Click OK to save the message.
Open the IC inventory file for the rental item to which you which to add the message, and click Rental Messages.
Click the Selections tab, and check the box to the left of the message to add. Click Save, and close the message screen.
All selected rental messages are listed on the rental contract below the rental item.
