Employee Maintenance

 
Select Add to create a new employee record within the Time Clock system or select Find to list all the current employees.
 
 

Employee ID and Password

The store Employee ID and Password should reflect the store's policies.
 

Employment Status

Active, Inactive, and Terminated status are available for each customer.  Active is the only status that will allow an employee to clock in and out of the system.  Management must maintain the employee status within the system
 

Employee Name and Information

Enter the required amount of employee data to meet your installation's requirements.
 

Service Person

Check the Service Person box if appropriate.  Enter or select the service User ID for the employee and enter their service hourly rate .
 

Times

The Check IN and Check OUT times for an employee can be displayed and edited from the Employee Information screen.
 
 

Other

Training Courses are found in the other tab. This will allow the employees to see what courses they need to complete, see which courses they have completed, and view a full syllabus of courses to be taken. This feature is currently being built.
