Release Time

The Release Time utility allows a store to clear the current postings in the system for a past payroll period.  

 

 

The user has the option to print a posting listing and an employee copy of the posting.   After the reports have been printed, the user has the option to reprint the reports and/or clear the postings from the report.  Normally, the user will clear the postings from the report so that the next pay period is clearly stated.

 

 

The Posting Listing shows all employees and their detailed posting for the stated release period.

The Employee Copy provides each employee with a copy of their postings for the stated release period.
