The Event Log contains an audit trail of occurrences within the system. Technical Support may review the results of the event log to better understand the nature of a system problem. The following four areas are included in the event log.

List - shows a list, including date/time and an error message, of all errors logged

Error - a more descriptive error message is displayed on this tab

Calling Chain - this tab will show what the system tried to call to access at the given time

Environment - this shows the environment in which the error message was displayed (the system specifications on the given workstation)
