Directory Detail of TransActPOS Workstation

The Event Log contains an audit trail of occurrences within the system.  Technical Support may review the results of the event log to better understand the nature of a system problem.  The following four areas are included in the event log.  
  • List - shows a list, including date/time and an error message, of all errors logged
  • Error - a more descriptive error message is displayed on this tab
  • Calling Chain - this tab will show what the system tried to call to access at the given time
  • Environment - this shows the environment in which the error message was displayed (the system specifications on the given workstation)
