Place the documents to be scanned into the document scanner. The top of the document goes into the scanner first with the printed side away.

Select the "Doc Scan" button located in the top left of the main TransActPOS screen.
Click Doc Scan to activate the application.

Respond to the "Release ..." message accordingly. If all the documents successfully traveled from the input bin to the output bin of the printer, select "Yes". If the process was not complete, collect all documents once again, re-stack in the input bin and restart the process by selecting the "Doc Scan" button.

After the scanner has successfully scanned the documents, the TransActPOS Document Scanning and Management application will complete the filing process automatically.
