Manager Mode
The Manager Mode is located within the Customer Menu. The manager will login to the system using the manager's login and the assigned manager's password. The manager login is setup within System | Company Setup | Frequent Buyer Program.
Enter password.
The Manager Screen will then be displayed.
Adjust Points - Add or subtract customer points
Quit Kiosk - Will return to the Kiosk Main Menu
Continue Kiosk - Will return to the Customer Touch Screen
When the Adjust Points option is selected, the Enter Member's ID screen will be displayed to enter the customer's number.
Enter the number of points to be added or subtracted first and then click the Add Points or Subtract Points button as appropriate.
