Web Interactive Issues

If you are having difficulty connecting to the Web Support, check the following configuration settings:
  • Allow popups within Internet Explorer
  • For the best success in creating a connection, un-check Sun Java from within Internet Explorer | Tools | Advanced and check the following three Microsoft VM options
     
  • If Microsoft Java is not installed, the application can be found on Microsoft's website.
  • Rebooting your workstation may be required after configuring the Microsoft VM application.
