Exporting Email Addresses

If you want to export a listing of all email addresses within your customer file, perform the following steps:
 
  • Click on AR | Reports | Customer List
  • The default settings in this report will report on all customers. If you wish to narrow it down, you may do so.
  • Click Generate
  • Click Data View
  • When selecting fields for the Data View, click Uncheck All and only select Email Address from the list.
  • On the Data Viewer screen, click Export.
  • In the Save As window, change the Save as type to XLS
  • Save the file to a location you can remember and name the file something easy to recognize
  • You may now open the exported file within Excel
