Creating Coupons

For more information on creating a coupon, see the video 10 Percent Coupon for Game Day Discounts.

Click IC | Inventory File
Click Add to create a new inventory entry
Enter an Item ID, Description, UPC, Primary Vendor, and Vendor Part No. (some of these may be indicated on the actual coupon)
On the Pricing screen, enter the Retail Price of the coupon and set the Item Type to Coupons
You may enter a Class if one is setup and a GL Sales Code
Click Save to save the entry into the inventory file
On the Inventory Maintenance screen, you may wish to enter additional information, such as Minimum Purchase or No Discounts
Clicking Save/Close will complete the coupon creation process (you may want to test the coupon out in Ring Sale)
