Basic | Messenger
This access allows the users to use the Messenger. This is an internal mailing service for users to send messages and reminders back and forth, without the use of a separate client. This is useful when a quick message needs to be sent to a user across a store or in a back room, without the need of a long email. The Messenger button is located in different areas depending on the version of the main menu you are running.
Basic | Report Favorites
This access allows the users to use the Report Favorites. This function gives the user the ability to save previously run report settings as a favorite report to run at a later time. The Favorites button is located in the top right of the Master Report Menu. To get to this Master Report Menu, click the Reports button of any module. All modules installed will be listed on the tabs here, allowing one to view the different reports in once location. The Favorites button is the same, regardless of what tab you are currently on.
AO | EZ Marketing
This access allows the users to use the EZ Marketing Module. The EZ Marketing Module is a program to create and send promotions, sales info, etc. by e mail or postcards. Promotions can be limited to classes of items that have been purchased by customers.
AO | Gift Card Mntc (Maintenance)
This access allows the users to go into Gift Card Maintenance and generate the required serial numbers for preprinted gift cards. This is an additional option that can be added to your installation.
AO | Gift Registry
This access allows the users to access the Gift Registry Module. This module allows for the store to create and maintain a registry of desired gifts from the available store inventory. Allows gift registry participants to use a barcode collector to easily gather gift item barcodes. Prints off a list of registered gifts purchased or not purchased for potential buyers. Maintains a list of names who have purchased gifts, as well as the items they purchased.
AO | IOR Menu
This access allows the users to access the IOR Menu found under the Options button for their desired vendor. IOR stands for Import, Ordering and Receiving. This module among other things allows the store to communicate electronically with the vendor.
AO | Rental Module
This access allows the users to access the Rental Module underneath either the POS Button or the Options Button. This module integrates your rental, integrating both the items and the customer into the inventory file and the customer file.
AO | True Rewards Setup
This access allows the users to setup True Value Rewards if the store is enrolled in the True Value Rewards Program.
AO | Wireless Handheld Inventory
This access allows the users to manage inventory on the Handheld Device (ex. Cipher Lab)
AO | Wireless HH | Edit Items / Order
This access allows the users to edit and make changes in the inventory file on the Handheld Device (ex. Cipher Lab) as well as to create orders.
AO | Wireless HH | Inventory Issue
This access allows the users to issue inventory on the Handheld Device (ex. Cipher Lab). Provides the means to issue several changes to inventory at once without having to change each item separately.
AO | Wireless HH | Inventory Receipt
This access allows the users to receive inventory on the Handheld Device (ex. Cipher Lab). Provides the means to receive several changes to inventory at once without having to change each item separately.
AO | Wireless HH | Line Breaker (Line Buster?)
This access allows the users to enables you to scan a customer’s items prior to reaching the cash register, placing the invoice full of items onto a plastic Line Buster card, and having the customer present the card to the cashier.
AO | Wireless HH | Physical Inventory
This access allows the users to select the Inventory Adjustment and then change the physical inventory, receipt of inventory, and the issuing of inventory using the wireless device.
AO | Wireless Main Menu
This first access of the wireless software application presents the available installed modules. Select the desired module to proceed or select Exit to leave the application. This is the Main Menu found on the Handheld Device (ex. Cipher Lab). Possible modules are Inventory, Inventory Adjustment, Ship Sales Order, IOR Receipt, Registry and the Exit button.
AO | Wireless Setup
This access allows the users to access the setup of the Handheld device such as the Cipher Lab as an example.
AO | Rent | Messages
This access allows the users to create rental messages found under the Options, Rental Messages button. Rental messages are created to be printed on the rental contracts for safety and warning purposes.
AR | Account override Credit Limit
This access gives the user the ability to override the Credit Limit found in the Customer File on the Accounting Tab in the Credit Limit field.
AR | Apply Credit
This access gives the user the ability to use the Apply Credit button found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Apply Credit button.
AR | AR Comments
This access gives the user the ability to create AR Comments that can be used when printing statements. You can create specific comments for each aging period, ie. Current, 30, 60, 90 and 120 day comments.
AR | Customer File
This access gives the user the ability to access the Customer File. This is found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Customer File button.
AR | Customer Form | Allow Editing
This access gives the user the ability to access and edit the Customer File. This is found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Customer File button.
AR | Customer Number Allow Change
This access gives the user the ability to access the Customer File and then change the Customer Number (Customer Id) for a particular customer. This is found on the Main tab of the Customer File.
AR | Finance Charge
This access gives the user the ability to run Finance Charges. The Finance Charge button found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Finance Charge button.
AR | Import Customers
This access gives the user the ability to access the Import Customer utility. This is found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Import Customer button.
AR | Payments
This access gives the user the ability to use the Payment button found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Payment button. In TransActPOS, a user can accept payment in the AR |Payments button and the POS |Payments button.
AR | Print Invoice
This access gives the user the ability to access the Print Invoice utility. This is found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Print Invoice button. You can also Print an Invoice by going to POS | Report | Print Invoice.
AR | Print Statement
This access gives the user the ability to use the Print Statement button to Print Statements. This is found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Print Statement button.
AR | Reports
This access gives the user the ability to access the Accounts Receivable Reports. This is found on the Main menu of TransAcPOS after selecting the AR button and Reports button.
AR | Reports | Aging Report
This access gives the user the ability to view the Aging Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Aging Report for Accounts Receivable is to help let you know what customers are overdue on their payments. There are numerous options to choose from when running this report.
AR | Reports | Applied Pay
This access gives the user the ability to view the Applied Payment Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Applied Payment Report provides a comprehensive view of of sales information to determine salesperson commission.
AR | Reports | Cash Receipts
This access gives the user the ability to view the Cash Receipts Report. The Cash Receipts Report will report on all payments received or on a particular type of payment received. The Cash Receipts Report is accessed through AR, Reports.
AR | Reports | Commissions
This access gives the user the ability to view the Commissions Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Commission Report provides a comprehensive reconciliation of sales information to determine salesperson commission.
AR | Reports | Customer List
This access gives the user the ability to view the Customer List Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Customer List report will provide a list of address information for the specified range of customers.
AR | Reports | Daily Report
This access gives the user the ability to view the Daily Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Daily Report is a group of reports that are provided for a selected day. You will uncheck any report which you are not interested in viewing.
AR | Reports | Invoice List
This access gives the user the ability to view the Invoice List Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Invoice List generates a list of the invoices created within the TransActPOS system. All customer invoices and credits (refunds) are included within the report, although you can narrow the report down with various options.
AR | Reports | Sales Report
This access gives the user the ability to view the Sales Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Sales Report presents sales data utilizing a variety of filters and output options.
AR | Reports | Sales Tax
This access gives the user the ability to view the Sales Tax Report found by going to AR, Reports. The Sales Tax Report provides the following two reports: Sales Tax Summary Report and Non Taxed Sales Report.
AR | Reverse Credit
This access gives the user the ability to Reverse a Credit. If a credit application post was incorrectly posted to the system, the Reverse Credit Application option will automatically extract the credit from the applied invoices.
AR | Reverse Payments
This access gives the user the ability to Reverse a Payment. If a payment application post was incorrectly posted to the system, the Reverse Payment option will automatically extract the payment from the applied invoices.
AR | Utilities | Auto Apply Credits
This access gives the user the ability to use the Auto Apply Credit. You are also able to auto apply credits when you run either Finance Charges or Print Statements.
AR | Utilities | Combine Customers
This access gives the user the ability to combine customers that are found in the Customer File. To access this utility go to AR, Utilities, Combine Customers.
GL | Change GL Account in Posting
This access allows the user to change a GL account after an entry has been posted.
IC | Adjust Cost
This access gives the user the ability to adjust the cost using the Adjust Cost button in the IC, Inventory File on the General Screen
IC | Allow invoice cost change prior month
This access gives the user the ability to change the cost on an invoice if it is in a previous month. This is done through the Adjust Cost button.
IC | Ecatalog | Edit Retail and Cost
This gives the user the ability to edit the retail and the cost in the ecatalog. You can find this by going to IC, Ecatalog and then clicking the Edit Button.
IC | Electronic Catalog
This access gives the user the ability to access the Electronic Catalog button underneath the IC module.
IC | Import/Export
This access gives the user the ability to Import/Export Files in and out of TransActPOS. This button can be found by going to IC, Maintenance, Import/Export.
IC | Inventory File
This access gives the user the ability to access the Inventory File button underneath the IC module at the Main Menu of TransActPOS.
IC | Inventory File | Add Items
This access gives the user the ability to access the Inventory and Add Items to the Inventory File. There are two ways to add items to the Inventory File. You can go to IC, Inventory File, Advanced Search, and click on the Add Item button. The second method is to go to IC, Inventory File, close the Find Item screen and click on the New button.
IC | Inventory Item Number Allow Change
This access gives the user the ability to change the item number (also referred to as item id or sku id) in the Inventory File.
IC | Inventory File | Edit Catalog Cost
This access gives the user the ability to edit the Catalog cost found on the General Tab of the Inventory File. To change the catalog cost, one must double click on the catalog cost field.
IC | Inventory File | Serial No. Exchange
This access gives the user the ability to change the serial numbers on an invoice with a serial number not sold. This is accessed by going to IC, Inventory File, looking at a serialized item, going to Serial Nos, finding the number that has been sold that you want to exchange, clicking on the detail tab and choosing the exchange button.
IC | Issue Inventory
This access gives the user the ability to Issue Inventory using the IC, Issue Inventory button.
IC | Maintenance | Combine Items
This access gives the user the ability to combine inventory items by going to IC, Maintenance, Combine Items.
IC | Maintenance | Ghost Item Auto Post
This access gives the user the ability to post the results of the Ghost Report to the system with the options of changing the item to non sellable and adjusting the on hand inventory to zero. To Access, go to IC, Maintenance, Ghost Item Auto Post.
IC | Maintenance | Mass item Changes
This access gives the user the ability to access the Mass Item Change utility. To access, the utility go to IC, Maintenance, Mass item Changes.
IC | Maintenance | Multi Unit Price Tool
This access gives the user the ability to access the Multi Unit Price Tool. To access, the utility go to IC, Maintenance, Multi Unit Price Tool.
IC | Maintenance | Vendor Change
This access gives the user the ability to change the vendor for an item, a class or a manufacturer. This is accessed by going to IC, Maintenance, Vendor Change.
IC | Mass Pricing
This access gives the user the ability to change prices based on a percentage change of costs or a fixed amount access the Electronic Catalog button underneath the IC module.
IC | Physical Inventory
This access gives the user the ability to access the Physical Inventory button underneath the IC module.
IC | Recalc. Order Mins
This access gives the user the ability to access the Recalc Order Mins button underneath the IC module, under the Maintenance button.
IC | Reports
This access gives the user the ability to access the Reports button underneath the IC module.
IC | Stock Alert
This access gives the user the ability to access the Stock Alert Utility button underneath the IC module.
IC | Support Files
This access gives the user the ability to access the Support Files button underneath the IC module. This is where the following information is found: Class, Code, Fine, Sub-Fine, Manufacturer, Check Lists, Assemblies, Unit Measure, Seasons, Product Codes, Quantity Codes, Issue Reasons, IUP Codes, Customer Types, Users/locations, Discount Groups, Round Table, Recommended and Price Book Mntc.
IC | Support | Class
This access gives the user the ability to modify the Classes underneath the IC Support Files.
IC | Vendor File
This access gives the user the ability to access the Vendor File button underneath the IC module.
IOR | Reports | A Copy Reports
This access gives the user the ability to access the A Copy Reports. There are 6 different reports that make up the A Copy Reports. These reports are the Scan Errors Report that allows the user to view or print an error report that lists all items scanned during the receiving process that were not listed on the report for those orders. the Over and Short Report that allows the user to view or print all the received items, their costs, number ordered, and number received if what was received doesn’t match what was ordered, the Scan Sequence Report that lists all items scanned during the receiving process that were listed on the report for those orders, the Complete Invoice Report a complete listing of all the items, their costs, number ordered and number received, the Price Labels Report this prints a complete set of labels that are needed for the selected reports and the Modify Label Form this opens the report editor and allows the user to modify the layout of the labels to be printed.

Invoices from DO It Best for items supplied by third party vendors can be reviewed from EDI Invoice, Detailed Item Listings, Allowances/Charges and Invoice/Shipping information can be displayed.
IOR | Reports | PARC Orders
Designed to enable your store to take advantage of special type offers or buying opportunities from your supplier. This report will show the items that are on the Parc Order.
IOR | Reports | Reorder Report
Gives access to the Reorder Report This report is the initial process of creating an order for Do It Best and involves selecting Do It Best as the vendor and then selecting the appropriate options to create the report.
IOR | Screens | Communications
Gives the user access to the screen that allows them to communicate with their electronic vendor (DIB, True Value, United Hardware).
IOR | Screens | Export Screen
This gives the user access to the Export Screen. This lets a user reevaluate a Reorder Purchase Order before having it sent to their electronic vendor.
IOR | Screens | Pricing Screen
This gives the user access to the Pricing Screen of the desired electronic vendor. This screen is a collection of utilities that allows the user to change retail prices that have been set in the received MRI invoices and to print labels for them.
IOR | Screens | Receipt Screen
This gives the user access to the Receipt Screen. This screen allows the user to check received orders. The user selects one of the entries in the text box and then presses select to work with that set of invoices. Each group is a file containing invoices that were submitted on the date that describes the group. The first four digits are the year, the next two are the month, and the last two are the day.

This gives the user access to the Bar Code Sheet. The sheet may be displayed on the screen for review or printed.

This gives the user access to the member information for the desired electronic vendor. In this case we are referring to True Value.

This gives the user access to the member information allowing for the configuration of the communications utility for the Afaria Client.

This access gives the users the ability to remove an electronic catalog.

This access gives the users the ability to view various Rental Reports
PO | Block POs
This access gives the user the ability to use Block POs. A series of blank PO numbers can be created and printed for detail entry to be entered later. This is accessed by clicking on the PO Button and then clicking on the Block POs button.

This access gives the user the ability to Combine POs. This is accessed by clicking on the PO Button and then clicking on the Combine POs button
PO | Create & Maintain
This access gives the user the ability to Create and Maintain (Modify) POs. This is accessed by clicking on either the Create PO Button or the Modify PO.
PO | Modify PO
This access allows the users the ability to modify purchase orders through the use of the Modify PO found under the PO button on the TransActPOS Main Menu
PO | Receive Order
This access allows the users the ability to receive purchase orders through the use of the Receive PO found under the PO button on the TransActPOS Main Menu
PO | Reports
This access allows the users the ability to view various reports related to Purchase Orders.
PO | Suppliers
This access allows the users the ability to access the vendor file by selecting the PO button and then the Vendors button.
POS | Begin Shift | Change Drawer Amount
This access allows the users the ability to change the drawer amount when beginning the shift. To access the drawer amount, the user will go to POS, Begin Shift
POS | Change Cost in Modify Price (F4)
This access allows the users the ability to change the cost in the Modify Price area of the Ring Sale Screen. To access this, the user will go to POS, Ring Sale, and then the Change button screen.
NOTE
: It is important to note that if you give someone access, then the Enter Cost in Modify Price (F4) must also be turned on under the Company Setup and the item has to be a non-stock item.
POS | Close / Begin Shift
This access allows the users the ability to either Begin the Shift or Close the Shift using the Begin Shift/Close Shift button. To access the beginning and closing of a shift, the user will go to POS, Begin Shift/Close Shift button or F5 (function key).
POS | Close / Begin Shift Manager
This access allows the users the ability to assign shift during the Begin the Shift or Close the Shift using the Begin Shift/Close Shift button. To access the beginning and closing of a shift, the user will go to POS, Begin Shift/Close Shift button or F5 (function key). Note: this is used if the workstation is set up for 2 drawers and the manager is going to assign drawers to users.
POS | Donations
This access allows the users the ability to view the drawer status report which gives the viewer information about each drawer. To access the drawer amount, the user will go to POS, Begin Shift.
POS | Drawer Status
This access allows the users the ability to change the drawer amount when beginning the shift. To access the drawer status, the user will go to POS, Manager Screen and then Drawer Status button.
POS | File Maintenance
This access allows the users the ability to access the File Maintenance button drawer. To access the drawer amount, the user will go to POS, File Maintenance. Underneath this button you can access Promotions, Bad Check Maintenance, and the Grid Layout both for the Point of Sale Grid and the Rental Grid.
POS | Gift Card | Allow Complementary
This access gives the user the ability to sell complementary Gift Cards. This is accessed by going to POS, Selling a Gift Card using the item _Gift_Card, ending the sale using the F2 button and then choosing the Complementary Gift Card button found on the Payment Screen.
POS | Gift Card | Allow Void
This access gives the user the ability to void a Gift Card. This is accessed by going to POS, Gift Card, Find the Gift Card and then if you need to can Void the Gift Card.
POS | Gift Cards
This access gives the users the ability to access the Gift Cards button. change the drawer amount when beginning the shift. To access the drawer amount, the user will go to POS, Begin Shift.
POS | Layaway
This access allows the users to Create, Find, Modify and Terminate a Layaway.
POS | Manager Screen
This access gives the users the ability to access the Manager Screen. Some options available under this button include the ability to reconcile the drawers, edit the invoice header, void an invoice, reverse a payment, sell a rental item, adjust the drawer, view the drawer status report, access some various POINT functions, and Open Closed Invoices. To access the drawer amount, the user will go to POS, Manager.
POS | Open Drawer
This access gives the users the access to open the drawer after they have closed it. Remember the Cash Drawer setting must be set in System | Workstation | General to make the Open Drawer option available on the POS menu. To access the Open Drawer Button, the user will go to POS, Open Drawer or use the F9 button.

This access allows the users the ability to receive payments from their customers
POS | Refund Function
This access allows the users the ability to take refunds.
POS | Refund | Next item Function
This access allows the users the ability to use the Refund Next Item Button. This is the refund button that the clerk should use if the customer does not have a receipt.
POS | Refund | Price change
This access allows the users the ability to change the drawer amount when beginning the shift. To access the drawer amount, the user will go to POS, Begin Shift.
POS | Reports
This access allows the users the ability access the POS Reports button.
POS | Reports | Cash Receipts
This access allows the users the ability to access the Cash Receipts report.
POS | Reports | Invoice List
This access allows the users the ability to access the Invoice List report.

This access allows the users the ability to access the Print Invoice Utility.

This access allows the users the ability to access the Sales Tax Report.

POS | Reports | Z Number
This access allows the users the ability to access the Z-Number Report. This report will show all of the transactions that have occurred at that particular workstation from the time they opened the shift until they closed the shift and is identified by the Z-Number.
POS | Ring Sale
This access allows the users the ability to access the Ring Sale Button. Under this button is where the clerk will ring up sales.
POS | Ring Sale | Add New Serial No.
This access allows the users the to add new serial numbers for an item at the Ring Sale Screen.
POS | Ring Sale | Over ride Max Refund
This access allows the users the ability to over ride the Max Refund.
POS | Ring Sale | POS Loop Lock
This access allows the users the ability use the POS Loop Lock function. When this is turned on, the Ring Sale screen is displayed for the next sale to be entered. If the option is turned off, the system will ask if you want to return to the Main Menu or go back into Ring Sale.
POS | Ring Sale | Price No Discount Item
This access allows the users to price an item that is checked as a No Discount Item.
POS | Ring Sale | Sell Below Cost/Min Price
This access allows the users the ability to sell an item below the cost or the minimum price.
POS | Ring Sale | Sell Below Retail
This access allows the users the ability to sell an item below the retail price.
POS | Ring Sale | Show Cost Button (SO)
This access allows the users the ability to see the Show Cost Button in the Change Price (F4) screen.
POS | Ring Sale | Exchanges Only
This access allows the users the ability to use the Easy Exchange function.
POS | Ring Sale | Over ride No Charge
This access allows the users the ability to override a customer account that is set as a no charge account.
POS | Service Tickets
This access gives the users the ability to access the Service Ticket button under the POS module.
SO | Allow deleting order
This access gives the users the ability to delete Sales Orders.
SO | Change Salesperson
This access gives the users the ability to Change the Salesperson on the Sales Order.
SO | Create Quote
This access gives the users the ability to Create a Quote. To access this, you want to go to SO, and then select the Create Quote button.
SO | Create Sales Order
This access gives the users the ability to Create a Sales Order. To access this, you want to go to SO, and then select the Create Sales Order button.
SO | Modify Order
This access gives the users the ability to Modify a Sales Order. To access this, you want to go to SO, and then select the Modify Sales Order button.
SO | Receive Order
This access gives the users the ability to Receive a Sales Order. To access this, you want to go to SO, and then select the Receive Sales Order button.
SO | Reports
This access allows the users the ability to access various Sales Order Reports. These reports include the Aging Report, the Listing Report, the Simple List Report, and the Written Sales Report, the Deposits Report and the Recurring SOs Report. To access this, you want to go to SO, Reports.
SO | Ship Order
This access gives the users the ability to Ship a Sales Order. To access this, you want to go to SO, and then select the Ship Order Sales button.
SO | Ship Recurring
This access gives the users the ability to Ship a Recurring Sales Order. To access this, you want to go to SO, and then select the Ship Recurring button.
ST | Clear the Pick Up Information
This access gives the users the ability to clear the Pick Up Information found in the upper right hand corner of the Service Ticket. To access this, you want to go to Service Ticket, and clear the Pick Up Information field.
ST | Form Editor
This access gives the users the ability to modify the Form of the service ticket. To access this, you want to go to Service, Form Editor.
ST | In Bound
This access gives the users the ability to view the In Bound Service ticket and is found in the Multi Store Environment. An example of when this might be used is if the service is being done off site.
ST | Out Bound
This access gives the users the ability to view the Out Bound Service ticket and is found in the Multi Store Environment. An example of when this might be used is if the service is being done off site.
ST | Reports
This access allows the users the ability to access various Service Ticket Reports. These reports include the Ticket Report, the Warranties Report, the Completed Tickets report, and the Service Times report. You can also configure or run scheduled reports and set up emailing of reports. To access this, you want to go to Service Ticket, Reports.
ST | Service Ticket
This access allows the users the ability to Create or Modify a Service Ticket. To access this, you want to go to Service, Service Ticket.
ST | Support Files
This access allows the users to access the Support Files for the Service Ticket. In this area, you can setup Service Persons, Work Types, Ticket Status, Work Description, Service Performed and the Grid for the Service Ticket.
SY | Company Setup
This access gives the users the ability to make changes regarding various company setups. It allows the system to be fine tuned to each store. Any changes made under the company setup button are company made and for changes to take effect, each workstation must exit out and go back into TransActPOS. To access this, you want to go to System, Company Setup.
SY | Event Log
This access gives the users the ability to access the Event Log The Event Log contains an audit trail of occurrences within the system and is normally used by Technical Support to review the results of the log to better understand the nature of a system problem. To access this, you want to go to System, Event Log.
SY | File Maintenance
This access gives the users the ability to perform various maintenance functions within TransActPOS. To access this, you want to go to System, File Maintenance.
SY | Form Color (Crtl+Shift+C)
This access gives the users the ability to modify the colors of the various forms. To access this, you want to go to System, Form/Label Editor.
SY | Form/Label Editor
This access gives the users the ability to modify or create new forms or labels. To access this, you want to go to System, Form/Label Editor.
SY | GL Release
This access allows the users the ability to release GL (General Ledger) Postings. To access this, you want to go to System, GL Release.
SY | Reports
This access allows the users the ability to access various System Reports. These reports include the GL (General Ledger) Distribution Report, the Sales Statistics Report, the Comp Sales report, and the GMROI report. You can also configure or run scheduled reports and set up emailing of reports. To access this, you want to go to System, Reports.
SY | Security
This access allows the users the ability to create new users, new groups and then also to modify the security of those users or groups. To access this, you want to go to System, Security.
SY | Serial No./Act. Code
This access gives the users the ability to change the Serial Number, the Company or the Activation Code. To access this, you want to go to System, Serial No./Act. Code.
SY | Support Files
This access gives the users the ability to get the number in Splashtop to share their screen. To access this, you want to go to System, Web Support.
SY | Time Clock
This access gives the users the ability to get into the Time Clock Maintenance Menu. Here they can set up Employees, Edit Times, See what employees are able to use the time clock, Post their time and then Release their time. To access this, you want to go to System, Time Clock.
SY | Web Support
This access gives the users the ability to get the number in Splashtop to share their screen. To access this, you want to go to System, Web Support.
SY | Workstation
This access gives the users the ability to make changes regarding a specific setup of a workstation. To access this, you want to go to System, Workstation.
