Having Trouble Importing an E-Catalog

If you are having trouble getting an e-catalog to import the UPC’s into TransActPOS correctly these steps may help.

Step 1:

If the e-catalog is in XLS format you will want to make sure to remove all the quotation marks throughout the spreadsheet, and format the UPC column to because a Custom column and zero (0).

Step 2:

Then go to the file button on the upper left corner and click export. Then you will click change file type.

Once you click change file type you will need to click CSV (Comma delimited) located towards the bottom on the right hand side and then click save as.

After you have clicked save as, you will be able to save the document as you normally would without changing the type and then import using Custom Columns CSV.
