Using Coupons

After a customer purchases a certain dollar amount of merchandise (this is a setting the Merchant has with RepeatRewards), TransActPOS will print out a coupon/certificate with the customers receipt for the customer to use on a future purchase.

	*This is a one and done coupon – once the coupon is printed there is no way to print another coupon. If the coupon is used and then that purchase is returned the coupon is still considered used.

When the customer is ready to use the coupon they will bring the merchandise and the coupon to the clerk/cashier. After entering all the items into the ring sale screen the clerk will scan the coupon barcode and it will apply the coupon. (It may ask you for the coupon value a 2nd time)
