Payments on account paid with a credit card will be accessed a surcharge within a separate invoice. The "Surcharge Invoice" contains only the surcharge amount.

For example:  If a customer pays their $100 using a credit card to pay their account balance and the current surcharge rate is set to %3, the system will automatically, create a surcharge of $3.00.  The $3.00 surcharge will be considered as income and must have the sales tax manually calculated at the time of sales tax reporting by the store to the state.

For example:  If a customer pays their $100 using a debit card to pay their account balance and the current surcharge rate is set to %3, the system will NOT create a surcharge.
