ActiveX Error, "... is not registered" when attempting communications

 
The reason for the ActiveX Error is due to the the CSFTXCTL.OCX not being registered.
 

Registration of CSFTXCTL.OCX

  • Select the Windows button.
  • Type CMD to locate the command prompt.
  • Select Start as Administrator.
  • At the resulting DOS prompt, change to the TransActPOSServer directory with the following commands.
  • Type "CD\" an then press Enter
  • Type "CD\data\TransActPOSServer" and then press Enter.
  • Within the TransActPOSServer directory, type Regsvr32.exe CSFTXCTL.OCX and then press Enter.
  • In response, the system will indicate that CSFTXCTL.OCX  has been registered.
  • Type "Exit" to lease the DOS command prompt.
