ActiveX Error, "... is not registered" when attempting communications
The reason for the ActiveX Error is due to the the CSFTXCTL.OCX not being registered.
Registration of CSFTXCTL.OCX

Select the Windows button.

Type CMD to locate the command prompt.

Select Start as Administrator.

At the resulting DOS prompt, change to the TransActPOSServer directory with the following commands.

Type "CD\" an then press Enter

Type "CD\data\TransActPOSServer" and then press Enter.

Within the TransActPOSServer directory, type Regsvr32.exe CSFTXCTL.OCX and then press Enter.

In response, the system will indicate that CSFTXCTL.OCX has been registered.

Type "Exit" to lease the DOS command prompt.
