AR - Customer - Status: How to change Inactive Status to Active Status
The following video shows the user how to change the status of a customer from Inactive to Active.
A customer that has been changed to an Inactive Status continues to have all the sales history and current balances. The Inactive status simply removes the customer from the "Active" customer list is the default lookup status of a customer.
