TransActPOS and the Do it Best MOCE eCommerce integration

Summation:
  • A customer places an order is placed at the store' MOCE eCommerce store.
  • The store staff collects the items indicated within the order as seen within the MOCE application.
  • Once the staff collect the items to fulfill the order, the staff changes the status of the MOCE order to "Ready for Pickup".
  • The the customer picks up the order the staff returns to the MOCE application and change the order status to "Order Picked Up". Within this step TransActPOS automatically ships (invoices) the Sales Order thus creating an invoice.  TransActPOS also automatically updates the on-hand inventory at the MOCE site.
  • Since this was a website purchase with the customer's credit card at the MOCE site, the store receive notification of payment by Do it Best, at which time the store will post a Non-Cash Payment and include the reference #.
