Exporting the report to a spreadsheet

Select Generate to create the printable report and/or a spreadsheet of the report's contents.
Next select Data View to proceed to the Data Export Field Selection screen.

Use the Uncheck All button and then select the Item ID and Description.

Use vertical scroll bar to move down the listing and check the On-hand Qty field.

The resulting Data View may be exported or emailed.

Upon selecting Export, select the location to which the Export Data View file will be saved.
If your workstation utilizes a Windows Remote Desktop Server and your Workstation's connection includes the local resources of your workstation, select This PC, select your workstations shared folder then name the file.
