Orgill - FanBuilder Rewards Program

The Orgill FanBuilder program gives businesses that use Orgill distributors a way to establish a locally-branded rewards system for their customers. We guide you through leveraging this program to increase your sales.

 

Businesses selling Orgill Wholesale Distribution products can now access the Orgill FanBuilder Loyalty Program. This program enables you to offer coupons and rewards to your customers with your business’s unique branding. Customers can join the FanBuilder rewards program during the checkout process or through the Orgill website by providing their email address and/or mobile number.

 

When these customers purchase products at your authorized location, the application records the transactions and uploads the data to Orgill. Once customers accumulate enough points, Orgill sends the custom-designed coupons to them for use at the branches you have enabled.  Customers can choose to receive these coupons via email or SMS and can always access them in the FanBuilder portal. These rewards can be used for purchasing additional products in-store, and the application validates them during the checkout process. TransActPOS continuously send and retrieve customer data, coupons, and sales history according to your specified schedule.

 

Cashiers can enroll customers during the sales process, validate presented coupons, and apply them to the customer's purchases.  TransActPOS can track customer purchases and access their program membership details through the application.
