Display/Print

2. Display/Print
This allows you to display or print a report of the physical inventory.  You can view a report of only those items to which changes were made, only those items that already had correct quantities, or all items in the group.
 
Select whether to print or display the report.
 
Here is an example of a Changes report:

Edit List

3. Edit List
You can change the quantity of an item if necessary or mark an item for deletion from the physical inventory.
 
Double-click an item to make changes to the quantity, and click OK. 
 
Clicking Delete marks the item Delete in the listing but does not remove the item.  You can restore the item if needed.
