Required Form Changes

The TransActPOS Surcharge module does require modification of existing forms.  When the system starts, the contents of the workstation's assigned forms are verified to contain the required variable for the receipts to include the surcharge information.  If the information is not present, the system will notify the workstation with the following message,
 
 
If you are not using custom invoice forms, new forms can be created easily that will contain the surcharge field.  TransActPOS staff can assist with the creating new invoice/receipt forms.  If custom forms are being used (i.e. store logos and such on the form) the following fields and information need added/updated on the forms:
1. Surcharge Amount with the selection of Remove line if blank under Print when and the addition of  and lySurcharge!=0 to Print only when expression is true:
2. Taxable SubTotal needs to be updated to lyTaxableAmt
