TransActPOS Implementation

The TransActPOS Implementation phase places in motion all of the elements collected during the Engagement phase.
Each task within the various areas of the phase, Account Setup, Data Collection and Conversion, Equipment Acquisition and Configuration, LMS Assignments, Education Scheduling, Final Go Live, and Post Go-Live Education are created and assigned to your support team.

Responsibilities of Your Staff

The responsibilities of the store staff include:
  • Completing the assigned TransActPOS LMS courses before the scheduled training
  • Being prepared for a training session to engage with the assigned trainer fully
  • Practicing various transactions within the TransActPOS system
  • Reviewing your converted data to confirm that the system is operating as expected
