TransActPOS Offline Mode

The TransActPOS Offline Mode is designed to provide limited Point-of-Sale transactions if the server is offline.  This feature is only available for workstations that are involved with the customer facing point of sale process due to it's limited functionality during an outage issue.

 

Other uses of this feature can involve the off site sales event.  Data is typically pushed to a laptop so sales can be processed at an offsite event.  If the appropriate network environment is available, credit card transactions can be completed with a Verifone m400 device and Star Link wireless network.  All that is needed is a power source for the laptop, receipt printer, and Starlink.
