Users created at the store

Security Groups

The access control within TransActPOS is based upon security groups.  The home office application manages the group’s access to functions within the TransActPOS system.  Modifications to the group security policy are automatically distributed to all store locations. 
At the store, the local manager creates users and assigns the user to the appropriate security group.
 
The security group are created and controlled by the Home Office.  The store's local users are created within at the store and are then assigned to an available group.  If a user works at another location within the multi-store environment, the user will be added at each store.
