Does this vendor have a catalog present in TransActPOS?
The Ecatalog for a vendor should contain all the available products offered within their catalog of items. For TransActPOS Communicating Vendors, this information is downloaded to the Ecatalog through the IOR process specific to the vendor. The True Value and the Do it Best IOR communication automatically update each evening with the most current merchandise information. Emery Jensen, House-Hasson, Orgill and United Hardware require the user to invoke the communications at the current time.
