Enhancements

When printing from a report preview, the workstation’s report printer is now automatically selected.
When selecting zero quantity on a PO, the item is now automatically omitted.
Added checks to ensure that Apply Credit and Reverse Credit can only be processed with an open shift.

DIB warehouse availability (RSC) is not working for reorder reports and POs. Corrected
