Enhancements

  • Tabs on customer and item screens will now change color when notes are added.
  • Added “Force Load Ticket” checkbox for core items and added them to load ticket items printed.
  • PO detail column listing now retains the line number after selecting a column for setting the order. Selecting the header for the line number makes the line number visible and clicking again changes the order. Using the up/down scrollbar keeps the line number visible.
  • Core charges with multiple purchases on the same invoice will now no longer summarize core charges along with the main items.
  • Hillman XLSX import process has been improved to speed up importing.
  • An image file can now be added to an invoice through the Edit Invoice Header process (POS:Manager Screen) by clicking Image button.
  • When a PO is older than the day it was created and has a catalog for the vendor the user is prompted to update the cost. The default button selection is now No.
  • SmartTill and Texting reporting to multiple managers is now capable by setting the Time Clock Employee Mgr button to add to texting. Manager can turn off the texting by texting STOP and reinstate texting by texting START.
  • In report Data View pass through to the Customer or Item screens is now supported when the customer or item ID fields are selected.

  • Refunds may cause the receipt form header to get of alignment. Corrected
  • Label printer is requiring to be set as the default printer to work properly. Corrected
  • Reprice function on SO incorrectly sets the MSRP to the stocking unit where an alternate UOM is selected. Corrected
  • When a credit card purchase is canceled at signature by customer and the invoice is canceled the voiding gets trapped in a loop. Corrected
  • When “Print Invoice?” is set to ask or always answering “No” on an invoice with a taxed item set to non-taxed, the “No” response is ignored. Corrected
  • SmartTill and Texting may experience discrepancy in reporting. Corrected
