Enhancements
The importing into a PO now recognizes Hillman as a source XLSX file. The invoice is not to be changed from the format that is provided by Hillman. It does require Hillman to have an ECatalog loaded as it validates the vendor with the ECatalog and the vendor being Hillman. Also, verify that the checkbox is on for ECatalog Vendor under the vendor file. A demonstration is available from the following video.
IOR communication Start button will now automatically disable if there are no PO or download selections made.
There is a new QR Code creation feature (System:Company Setup:Company Information:Mercury Settings). On the bottom right use “Custom QR Code” button. This creates a png file for the QR Code.
The MultiStore PO now shows a status progression of: Open–Not submitted to the selling store, Submitted–Submitted to the selling store, In Process–Delivered to the selling store (but not ready to be received), Ready Rcpt–the selling store has shipped the SO and the PO is ready to be received.
Bug Fixes
When rental payments are being taken, the cash drawer is not opening for credit cards, checks, or account charges (drawer slot setting and number of copies is being ignored). Corrected
MultiStore transfers are not pulling the selling store’s last cost over to the purchasing store. Corrected
MultiStore transfers will not always update the PO status properly. Some stores have the status flip from “ready to receive” to “being processed” by the selling store and are not able to reset to “ready to receive.” Corrected
