Enhancements
Adding a new item for a non-ECatatalog vendor will now check for an existing PVPN and if none is found will add the vendor part as a PVPN but will add as SVPN if a PVPN already exists (it used to automatically add as a SVPN regardless).
The time to initialize a MX92x or M400 when opening a ring sale screen has been cut in half from around 3 seconds to about 1.5 seconds.
