Enhancements

Added additional warnings for manual refund to credit card questioning the clerk with required acknowledging of a potential scam.
Added find button for vendor (IC:Maintenance:Import/Export:ECatalog).
Removed Account Charge payment type for rental deposits (System:Company Setup:Rental Manager Pg 4).
Items will no longer auto-add at ring sale during refunds.

Bug Fixes

Error when looking up DIB Loyalty member (unknown member array). Corrected
