Added new workstation setting for controlling the scam alert messaging for manual credit card charges. The setting is available on the Verifone device settings (System:Workstation Settings:General:Credit Card Reader). The setting is Scam Alert and has three options (No Alerts, Single Alert, Two Alerts).
