Wireless Modules

Wireless Version 2 contains condensed versions of several modules in TransActPOS, allowing you to perform some functions from the aisle rather than from a workstation.

Inventory

1. Inventory
Through the Inventory module, you can view and edit an item's inventory file, print labels, and view sales data.  It contains consolidated adjustment and order functions.

The Order module allows you to quickly build a pre-PO or add items to existing pre-POs.

You can process invoices from electronic vendors.

Adjustments

4. Adjustments
You can perform inventory receipts, issues, and physicals directly from the handheld device.  Inventory groups must first be created on the desktop and then imported once inventory is complete on the handheld.

Ship Sales Order

5. Ship Sales Order
You can select items on a sales order to ship by scanning them with the handheld device.  The shipment must be completed on the desktop.

Registry

6. Registry
If your store uses the gift registry, you can use the handheld device to add items to a registry.  This capability must be enabled in Options | Gift Registry on the desktop.

7. Options
Options contains your device's connection settings and report printer selection.

Exit

8. Exit
Click Exit to exit the TransActPOS app.  You are asked to confirm that you wish to exit.
