Gift Card Reporting

When a gift card is redeemed/purchased, there are ways to report on this within TransActPOS. Below are some examples of reports, showing the gift cards within the system.

	Note: For DIB Gift Cards (that is, gift cards that are sold as an item and not internally through TransActPOS), reporting is different. Click here for more information.

Shift Report

This report will report on the specific Z Number or range of Z Numbers.

The gift card deposits total, gift card recharge total, and any gift card refunds are presented

The detail of these transactions appear on the same Shift Report.

Gift Cards

This report (depending on the settings upon the initial run of the report) shows even more detail on the gift cards in the system. This information includes the gift card number, date issued, amount, and more.
