Point of Sale Module
The Point-of-Sale (POS) module is the main interface between clerks and customers. In addition to handling sales and refunds, the POS module includes many functions that streamline the sales process:
Price and tax adjustment
Delivery and load ticket printing
AR customer file management
Access to vendor E-catalogs and direct item addition to inventory
Shift management with reconciliation
Integrated credit card processing via Verifone
Auxiliary functions can be accessed through the POS module, including equipment rental, service tickets, and customer account payments.
A variety of reports can be run to provide data pertaining to transactions within the POS module. These are accessed through POS | Reports.
