Service Tickets (F3)
The Service module can be accessed through POS | Service Tickets (F3) or through Service | Service Ticket.
The Service module is a complete service and repair tracking system. It interfaces with the AR customer files and IC inventory files to seamlessly import item information, process service repair tickets, and invoice customers.
You can find an existing service ticket or create a new one.
