Receive Special Order

To receive a special order, from SO select Receive Spec Order.

Select Find from the Sales Order screen and enter the number of the special sales order or enter any partial information in the appropriate fields to search for the proper sales order. Select the appropriate sales order from those listed.

From the Sales Order Detail screen, select the Receive button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: The screens below show a Sales Order with the Enhanced mode turned OFF. Either way, the process is the same.

Select the line of the item to be received.

Enter the quantity of the item being received.

When the quantity of all items being received have been entered, click on the Receive button to accept receipt of the items.

Confirm the receipt of the items by clicking on the Yes button.

The Sales Order screen will display that the items are now available to be shipped.
