Period sales information is maintained automatically. The monthly and yearly sales values are based upon the current date of the workstation. As the date changes, so does the reported total of sales. No monthly maintenance is required.
 Total SalesThis is the sales in dollars for the current month and current year for the selected item.

 Total QuantityThis is the sales in stock units sold for the current month and current year for the selected item.

 Average PriceThe average selling price is presented in both a current month and current year calculation.

 Last SaleThis indicates the last time this item was sold to a customer or was returned to the system through a refund.

 Last OrderThis is the date on which this item was last placed on a purchase order.
|
 Last ReceiptThis is the date the item was last received into inventory.
|
 Entered ByThis the date when the item was first created in the system and the user who entered the item.

 Show RatiosClicking Show Ratios displays the GMROI, Inventory Turns, and Average Inventory for the item.

 Sales HistorySales History displays the quantity sold, whether the item was in a promo in the month shown, total sales in dollars, average price, profit, and margin for each month during the indicated year. You can change the reporting year by clicking the arrows for Prior Year, This Year, and Next Year. To the left of the sales figures, the item's rankings in quantity, profit, and sales are shown for the previous 12 month and 3 month periods.

| | The Sales History displayed by default is for the current year. You can change the year shown by clicking the arrows like you normally would. You can open a second Sales History report by clicking Sales History. Use the arrows to view a different year's sales. This allows you to view a side-by-side comparison of two years.
