Sales History

The Sales History button presents a sales summary for the current year for the selected item. The reporting period is based upon the calendar year.

Item Information

1. Item Information
This shows basic item information: the item number, description, on-hand quantity, and on-hand average cost value.

Sales Data

2. Sales Data
In the item's sales data, the quantity sold, whether the item was on a promotion, total sales in dollars, average unit selling price in dollars, total profit in dollars, and gross profit percentage are shown for each month of the selected year.

Item Ranking

3. Item Ranking
The 12 Mth and 3 Mth columns indicate the item's ranking for the prior 12 month or 3 month period as of the reporting month.

Item ranking percentages are set within System | Company Setup | POS Information 3.  Use System | File Maintenance  | Recalculate | Item Ranking to apply the item ranking according to your desired percentages.

Click the left and right arrows to view the previous year's data and the next year's data, respectively.  Click the square the view the current year's data.

Click PrtScn to print the currently displayed sales data.
