Mass Price Lists

Select one of the types of status of price lists.

New - lists new price lists that have been generated in Generate New
Review - lists price lists that have Review status
Printed - lists price lists that have Printed status
Updated - lists price lists that have update status and have not been updated

Clicking on the properties tab will show you information about the list. This information includes the description, status, when it was created and who by, and the creation parameters.

Review

Select the Status box on the List menu and select Review to list the price lists that are being reviewed. Select the appropriate list and select the Review button.

Click on the item line or use the Up and Down buttons to edit an item's New Retail price, number of Bin Labels, or number of Item Labels in the list. Save and Close the pricing review as appropriate. The price list may be printed from this menu if appropriate.

After the list has been reviewed, click on the Properties tab and change the status of the listing to Printed or Updated.

Printed

Select the Status box on the List menu and select Printed to list the price lists that are to be printed. Select the appropriate list and select the Print button

Select Display to review the list and Print to print.

After the list has been printed, click on the Properties tab and change the status of the price listing to Updated.

Update

Select the Status box on the List menu and select Updated to list the price lists that are to be updated. Select the appropriate price list and select the Update button

Click on the Update button to implement the new prices.
