Item Entry
The Item Entry report shows the items added to the system for a specified date range. This report can be reviewed periodically to audit items added to the system.
Report Type
This report can be changed to two different types. The Standard report will only show the Item Type, Matrix, Class, and Code. The Detailed report shows all of that information and information like the MSRP, stock and purchase unit, fine, sub-fine, manufacturer ID and model, and the date entered.
Order by
This report may have a lot of entries at a given time and ordering the report list by Item ID, Description, or Item Entered date can aid in locating item information on this report much easier.
From/To Date
The dates entered into this range are the dates in which the report will be ran.
